Cancellation Policy

Niles 108 Private Lesson No-Show Policy To ensure fairness and respect for our coaches’ time, Niles 108 maintains the following policy for private lessons: If a player does not attend a scheduled private lesson and fails to provide advance notice, a 10% no-show fee will be charged based on the cost of the scheduled session. We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to offer that time slot to another player. Our goal is to keep scheduling fair, efficient, and respectful for all families and coaches. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. — Niles 108 Baseball
